There’s a first for everything. Your first time riding a bike. Your first time falling in love. Your first time consummating that love. Your first time having a panic attack. Your first time feeling so numb that you question if anything can make you feel again. Your first time playing with knives. Your first time admiring how a simple thing like a cut can make you feel anything. Followed by your first time feeling ashamed by how wrong of a thing that is. For me, I stopped at just a first time. For some… It goes on past that one moment. It becomes a few moments, years of moments and finally a lifetime of moments. It’s time everyone starts to help others feel positives and prevent people from slipping into a realm of numbness.
